Mr. Jay – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the air conditioning industry, Mr. Jay has built a reputation for technical excellence and entrepreneurial vision. As a certified air conditioning installation technician in Singapore and a Mitsubishi Electric R32 specialist, he brings deep technical knowledge and practical leadership. He has personally trained more than 15 internal staff and played a pivotal role in founding and growing the company. Mr. Jay is also an active member of VEE61 – Vistage CEO Club, where he collaborates with other top leaders to drive continuous improvement and strategic growth.
Ms. Pang – Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Ms. Pang brings over 15 years of proven sales and marketing expertise to the team. A graduate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, she has a solid background in brand strategy and client engagement. As a long-time member of BNI Unicorn and the First Vice President of Teratai Linda Lions Club, she is deeply involved in community leadership and professional networking. Ms. Pang also serves as a Wealthy Joy Wealth Flowing Sand Plate Coach and Rising Star Facilitator, reflecting her passion for personal development and empowering others to achieve success.
